Currently, Blair is an animal activist and has started her own western clothing line using helm. She is an equestrian and activist who started the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation in order to provide adoption services for animals and raise awareness about animal cruelty. She also wrote book titled ‘Go Vegan’ along with co-writer Sunny J. Harris in 2001.
Being the daughter of an acting coach/ theater director father and a photographer mother did create a very creatively pushing environment for Helen Hunt to grow up in as by the age of 9 she already had an agent. She eventually landed a role in 70’s shows like Swiss Family Robinson and The Fitzpatrick etc. Her breakthrough role was in the Rollercoaster, her debut film.Hunt later appeared in the acclaimed medical drama St. Elsewhere and starred opposite Paul Reiser in the sitcom Mad About You, for which she won four Emmys. She also starred in the acclaimed movie As Good As It Gets and earned an Academy Award for it.
