If he is ever craving something sweet, he eats a fruit. He now takes his healthy eating tips and tricks to his reality shows as well as to Lollapalooza in 2015, when he worked as the culinary director. After losing more than 150 pounds, Elliot ran his first-ever marathon in Chicago in November 2014.
