Comedian and actor Ricky Gervais said that he never had a problem with his weight up until he reached his 30’s. He said he used to eat and drink whatever he wanted without having to worry about it at all, but after he reached 30 he had what he called a “decade of eating and drinking.” After realizing that his habits were getting unhealthy and out of hand, he decided to incorporate morning runs into his routine, but didn’t follow any specific diet. He has lost 40 pounds.
Dance Moms instructor Abby Lee Miller had a very unconventional math to weight loss. She explained that her weight loss was not even intentional. Her mother was diagnosed with cancer and she stated the hospital food was unappetizing, so she did not eat much. After being in Australia and having to refill her prescription, she had a reaction to the pills she was given and could not look at food for days. No diet or exercise here, but not great circumstances anyways.
