When Sasha was a baby, she got infected with a disease called Meningitis. It is caused by a viral or bacterial infection, and the main symptoms are extreme headaches, fever, muscle pain, and soreness. In severe cases, the inflammation of the meninges can lead to paralysis, convulsions, delirium and even death.
